Hyderabad :- In response to the escalating temperatures and the discomfort caused by the scorching sun, the Telangana State Education Department has announced a significant decision regarding school timings. Beginning March 15th, all government, aided, and private schools in Telangana will operate on a half-day schedule. This adjustment is expected to remain in effect until April 23rd.
During this period, classes will be conducted from 8:00 am to 12:30 pm, allowing students and staff members to avoid the peak heat hours and ensuring their well-being and comfort. The Education Department’s decision reflects a proactive approach to mitigate the impact of rising temperatures and provide a more conducive learning environment for all individuals involved in the education sector.
