Hyderabad, September 20, 2024:- The Majlis Bachao Tehreek (MBT) is set to host its 33rd annual Jalsa-e-Milad Un Nabi on Saturday, September 21, at the Government Junior College Grounds, Chanchalguda. The event will commemorate the birth anniversary of Prophet Mohammad (PBUH) and will bring together prominent Islamic scholars from across India to deliver spiritual and educational addresses. The gathering is expected to attract thousands of attendees, starting from 8:00 PM onwards.
Key speakers at the event will include Hazrat Moulana Tauqeer Raza, Founder President of Itehad-e-Millat Council, Bareili, Uttar Pradesh, Moulana Mufti Ehsan-ul-Haq Chaturved from Bareili, and Hazrat Moulana Mohammed Feroz Azizi Siddiqui Misbahi from Khankha-e-Azizia, Pune. They, along with several other distinguished scholars, will speak on the life and teachings of the Prophet (PBUH), focusing on values such as kindness, humility, and justice.
The event will be presided over by Majeed Ullah Khan, also known as Farhat Khan, President of MBT. According to Amjed Ullah Khan, MBT Spokesman and Secretary of the Reception Committee for the 33rd Jalsa, preparations are in full swing, with elaborate arrangements being made for the large turnout, including separate seating for women.
Among other notable speakers are Hazrat Moulana Mufti Ghulam Dastagir Ashrafi, General Secretary of the Sunni Ulema Board, Fakhr-e-Millat Jafariya Dr. Shoukat Ali Mirza, and Moulana Syed Bakhtiyar Aalam, Imam and Khateeb of Jamia Masjid-e-Mehedviya. MBT Organising Secretary Abdul Qadir Sajid will also deliver a key address during the event.
The proceedings will begin with the recitation of the Holy Quran by the renowned Qari Ghulam Ahmed Niazi. Several respected “reciter”, including Qari Mohammed Meraj Ahmed, Qari Navalur Rahman, and Moulvi Qari Naseeruddin, will also participate, reciting Naat-e-Shareef in honor of the Prophet (PBUH).
Amjed Ullah Khan highlighted that the Jalsa-e-Milad Un Nabi, which was first organized in 1993 by the late Gazi-e-Millat Alhaj Mohammed Aman Ullah Khan, former MLA and founder of MBT, has grown into a platform promoting peace, unity, and brotherhood. The event continues to attract large crowds from across the Indian subcontinent, transcending religious and cultural boundaries.
Khan also emphasized that this year’s event will serve as an important opportunity for people from all faiths to come together and reflect on the teachings of Prophet Mohammad (PBUH), which focus on peace, tolerance, and mutual respect.
With an impressive lineup of Islamic scholars and poets, the 33rd Jalsa-e-Rahmatul Lil Aalameen promises to be a landmark occasion, promoting the legacy of the Prophet (PBUH) as a symbol of peace and unity in society.
