The spotlight shifts to Hyderabad as Uttar Pradesh, in conjunction with the Bulk Drugs Manufacturers’ Association of India (BDMAI) and the Indian Drug Manufacturers Association (IDMA) – Telangana and Andhra Pradesh chapter, takes on the role of hosting a significant Pharma Conclave.
Bringing together over 100 industry leaders, distinguished speakers, government officials, scientists, and entrepreneurs, the collaborative event aims to propel discussions and partnerships for the advancement of the pharmaceutical sector.
During the conclave, Dr. Krishna Ella, CMD of Bharat Biotech, shared insights into Uttar Pradesh’s potential as a key player in clinical trials, intermediaries, and specialty chemicals.
Dr. Venkat Jasti, Chairman & CEO of Suven Life Sciences Limited, addressed industry challenges, emphasizing the pivotal role of infrastructure, including common effluent treatment plants. He advocated for the establishment of ‘no habitat zones’ near these projects.
Key figures such as R K Agrawal, National President of BDMA, J Rajamouli, Chairman of the Telangana State Board of the Indian Drug Manufacturers’ Association, and VB Kamal Hassan Reddy, Director General of Drugs Control, Telangana, actively participated in the conclave, contributing to constructive discussions on the future of the pharmaceutical industry.
