In a determined effort to seek justice, approximately 1,000 employees of the Telangana State Road Transport Corporation (TSRTC), who faced suspension or dismissal during the tenure of the previous KCR Government, gathered near the residence of Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy on Wednesday. Their primary demand was the immediate reinstatement of their employment status.

Despite police attempts to thwart their progress towards the Chief Minister’s residence, the employees insisted on meeting A. Revanth Reddy to present their grievances directly. Subsequently, three representatives from the suspended workforce were permitted to have an audience with the Chief Minister.

The employees asserted that they had been suspended by the previous government for seemingly trivial reasons and pleaded with Chief Minister Revanth Reddy to annul their suspensions. They highlighted the perceived injustice they faced under the previous KCR Government and expressed the hardship endured by their families over the past two to three years due to the suspension.

With hopes pinned on the new government for a fair resolution, the employees looked to Chief Minister Revanth Reddy for intervention. Following the meeting, Chief Minister Revanth Reddy assured the employees that he would thoroughly examine their demands, providing a glimmer of hope for those seeking reinstatement. The employees continue to press for a resolution to their suspended status, emphasizing their anticipation of a just outcome under the current administration.
