Hyderabad : — Postilion Mobility Technologies has launched “OK Chalo,” a groundbreaking mobility-on-demand platform poised to revolutionize urban transportation across India. This innovative platform prioritizes user-friendliness, affordability, and transparency, aiming to redefine the driver-rider interaction while offering a safe, dependable, and hassle-free mobility solution.
Unlike traditional aggregator models, “OK Chalo” operates as a Match Maker, facilitating direct engagement between drivers and riders. By charging a nominal matchmaking fee of only Rs. 5/-, the platform ensures fairness and affordability, eschewing the hefty commissions prevalent in conventional ride-hailing platforms.
Available on both Google Play Store and IOS App Store, “OK Chalo” has already attracted over 3500 auto and cab drivers in Hyderabad, with ongoing driver registrations aimed at addressing the city’s shared mobility challenges.
Udaya Bhaskar Voruganti, Founder and Director of Postilion Mobility Technologies, expressed, “OK Chalo is the culmination of over 2 years of diligent work and extensive research into global urban mobility platforms. We’ve prioritized the needs of both drivers and riders, ensuring transparency and direct communication between them.”
Privacy protection is a cornerstone of “OK Chalo,” with personal information of both riders and drivers safeguarded through the platform’s Click to Call service, enabling interaction without disclosing personal details.
Moreover, the platform guarantees fare transparency, employing a straightforward algorithm to prevent surge pricing during peak hours. With no additional convenience fees or hidden charges, riders pay the agreed fare directly to the driver via cash or UPI, fostering trust and simplicity in transactions.
Naveen Patibandla, Director of Postilion Mobility Technologies, highlighted the platform’s commitment to user-centric design and continuous evolution to meet driver and consumer needs.
“OK Chalo” empowers drivers with essential features, including visibility of destination and fare before accepting a ride, promoting informed decision-making and minimizing cancellations. Direct payment between riders and drivers ensures instant settlement, eliminating delays and enhancing the overall ride-hailing experience.
With its transparent approach and intuitive interface, “OK Chalo” aims to expand its footprint across India, welcoming franchise partners aligned with its mission to revolutionize the ride-booking industry.
Headquartered in Hyderabad, Postilion Mobility Technologies, recognized by the DPIIT as a startup, commenced operations in 2022, with a vision to disrupt urban mobility and transform the ride-hailing landscape.
