BRS Chief K Chandrashekar Rao delivered a scathing rebuke on Friday, alleging that Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Chief Minister A Revanth Reddy are poised to dismantle Singareni immediately after the Lok Sabha elections. Accusing Revanth of colluding with Modi’s associate, Adani, KCR cautioned the public against the impending destruction of state resources. Speaking at a rally in Ramagundam in support of Kuppula Eshwar, Rao condemned the policies of both the PM and CM, asserting that their actions jeopardize the state’s well-being.

Expressing grave concern, KCR revealed his efforts to expand Singareni by sending its director to Australia and Indonesia, contrasting with Revanth’s purported intent to sell it off. Emphasizing the dire consequences if Singareni were to be destroyed, he rallied support for BRS MPs, pledging a staunch defense of the institution. Urging unity in times of crisis, KCR underscored the importance of electing representatives who prioritize the state’s interests.

Recalling past confrontations with Modi over coal procurement from Adani’s firm, KCR accused Revanth of inviting Adani into the state after his visit to Switzerland. He further alleged Modi’s agenda to privatize vital resources and divert Godavari waters to Tamil Nadu, criticizing CM Revanth’s silence on these issues.

Responding to his recent ban, KCR questioned the fairness of the action, pointing out the lack of repercussions for derogatory remarks made by Revanth and hate speech from Modi and Amit Shah. Accusing national parties of collusion in response to BRS’s growing popularity, KCR predicted a less favorable outcome for BJP in the upcoming elections, urging voters to exercise discernment.
