Hyderabad : – The Hyderabad Cyclists Group (HCG), under the leadership of Ravinder Nandanoori and supported by a dedicated team, has etched its name in Indian cycling history with a groundbreaking achievement. Conquering a 3800-kilometer expedition from Kargil to Kanyakumari, spanning November to December 2023, HCG has set a new standard for cycling in the country.

The journey, which commenced on November 21st at the Kargil War Memorial, saw the participation of passionate individuals such as Dr. K. Nagaraj, Rekha Solariki, Vanilla, Bhavesh Tayal, Mohit Agarwal, Praveen Goel, Suresh Babu, Ravinder Pradeep, Santosh, Soma Shaker, Rahul Kasana (Army), Kavish, and the Hyderabad Cyclist Group president Ravinder Reddy. Enduring extreme weather conditions, the team triumphantly finished their expedition today, showcasing immense resilience and dedication.

This accomplishment goes beyond covering vast distances; it embodies a larger mission of promoting cycling for a healthier India. Ravinder Nandanoori, a passionate cycling advocate, steered the team through this challenging yet rewarding journey, exemplifying his commitment to cycling’s cause.

Remarkably, this marks HCG’s third consecutive victory in this challenging journey, making them India’s first team to achieve this feat. Furthermore, the inclusion of 39 riders from Hyderabad, including the names mentioned, who completed the route in just two years, highlights the growing community of cycling enthusiasts driven by HCG’s efforts.
