Hyderabad :- In a groundbreaking collaboration, Sultan-ul-Uloom College of Pharmacy, in association with the Indian Pharmaceutical Association – Education Division & ClinoSol Research, has launched the inaugural function of Synchropharma 2024, a Two Day International Conference, on February 10, 2024.
The event was inaugurated by esteemed guests Dr. A. Ramkishan, Deputy Drugs Controller of India at CDSCO, and Mr. Akhil Ravi, CEO of Aurigene Pharmaceutical Services (Dr. Reddy’s).
Dr. A. Ramkishan, in his address as the chief guest, emphasized the value of hard work and resilience. He underlined the pivotal role of women in the Pharmacy Industry and urged students to strive for excellence, stressing the importance of continuous professional development.
Mr. Akhil Ravi delivered the keynote address, highlighting the imminent integration of Artificial Intelligence in Pharmacy. He urged students to innovate and test their ideas, preparing themselves for the dynamic landscape of the industry.
During the function, abstracts submitted by students were unveiled in a Special Issue of Annals of Phytomedicine, alongside the release of the College Magazine Pharmadexterous and College Newsletter PRIDE.
The event witnessed a remarkable turnout, with over 800 delegates in attendance. Notably, 150 delegates participated in poster presentations, 60 in oral presentations, and 20 in online presentations.
Distinguished personalities including Dr. Anupama Koneru, Principal of Sultan-ul-Uloom College of Pharmacy, Mr. Mohammed Waliullah, Chairman of Sultan-ul-Uloom Education Society, Mr. Zafar Javeed, Honorary Secretary of Sultan-ul-Uloom Education Society, Mr. Masood Abdul Khader, Joint Secretary of SUES, Dr. Mir Akbar Ali Khan, Treasurer of SUES and Chairman of SUCP, Mr. Syed Aamer Javeed, Member of the Board of Governors of SUES, and other luminaries graced the occasion with their presence.
