The award recognizes Sood’s unparalleled contributions to society, particularly his humanitarian efforts during the pandemic and his ongoing support for underprivileged communities.
The event was graced by several notable dignitaries, including the Indian-Bulgarian Ambassador Nikolay Yankov, who praised Sood’s philanthropic endeavors as an inspiration to many. The celebration was further enriched by heartwarming cultural performances by special children from 50 deaf and mute schools across Hyderabad.
The foundation highlighted Sood’s dedication to helping those in need, especially during critical times when his initiatives, such as providing transportation for stranded migrants and healthcare support, gained nationwide acclaim.
Speaking on the occasion, Sood expressed his gratitude and emphasized the importance of collective action to uplift the marginalized sections of society. “This honor is a reminder that every step we take towards helping others brings us closer to a more compassionate world,” he said.
The evening concluded with a standing ovation for the children who performed, symbolizing the event’s spirit of inclusivity and hope.
