Harkara Venugopal Rao Takes on Key Role in Protocol and Public Relations
HYDERABAD – In a significant move, the Government of Telangana has appointed prominent Congress leaders Mohammad Ali Shabbir, Vem Narender Reddy, Harkara Venugopal Rao, and Mallu Ravi as advisors to Chief Minister A Revanth Reddy. These seasoned politicians will serve as advisors to the Government and act as State representatives in New Delhi, each enjoying the status of Minister of State in Telangana.
Chief Secretary Santi Kumar, in separate orders, confirmed the appointments and mentioned that the terms and conditions of their roles would be issued separately.

- Mohammad Ali Shabbir: Former Leader of Opposition in the Telangana Legislative Council, appointed as an advisor for SC, ST, OBC, and Minorities welfare.
- Vem Narender Reddy: Appointed as an advisor to the Chief Minister, focusing on public affairs.
- Dr. Mallu Ravi: Designated as a special representative for the Government of Telangana in New Delhi.
- Harkara Venugopal Rao: Given the role of advisor to the government, specializing in protocol and public relations.
