Pharmastride Draws Massive Crowd
Hyderabad : – The Indian Pharmaceutical Association, Hetero Group, SOCPMR, Sultan-ul-Uloom College of Pharmacy, and ClinoSol Research organized Pharmastride, a walkathon, as a precursor to the 73rd Indian Pharmaceutical Congress (IPC). The event took place yesterday morning at the Sultan-ul-Uloom College of Pharmacy Campus.
The 73rd Indian Pharmaceutical Congress, the nation’s premier pharmaceutical conference, is set to be held at Hitex, Hyderabad, from July 5th to 7th. This annual event rotates locations across the country, drawing industry professionals and academics alike.
Dr. Anupama Koneru, Principal of Sultan-ul-Uloom College of Pharmacy, welcomed esteemed guests including Dr. B. Parthasaradhi Reddy, Chairman of Hetero Group, Dr. T.V. Narayana, President of the Indian Pharmaceutical Association, Dr. A. Ramkishan, Assistant Drug Controller of India, and other notable figures.
In his address, Dr. B. Parthasaradhi Reddy encouraged participants to focus on their health and education to achieve success in life. Dr. T. V. Narayana highlighted that the 73rd IPC will offer 1,000 job placements, free Basic Life Support Training, and provide a valuable platform for delegates to interact and expand their knowledge.
The walkathon was flagged off by Dr. B. Parthasaradhi Reddy. Over 800 staff and students from various pharmacy colleges participated enthusiastically. The route of the walkathon extended from the Sultan-ul-Uloom campus to Nagarjuna X Road, passed by the Times of India office, and returned to the campus via TV 9 X Road. The event concluded with high energy and enthusiasm from all participants.
Following the walk, Mr. Zafar Javeed, Honorary Secretary of Sultan-ul-Uloom Education Society, congratulated everyone on the successful event. He also extended his best wishes to Dr. T.V. Narayana for the upcoming IPC, recognizing it as the country’s largest pharmaceutical conference.
