The grand finale of the All India Quran Memorization Competition is scheduled to take place on Wednesday, September 25, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with the public meeting and prize distribution ceremony to follow at 7:00 PM. The prestigious event will be held at Kings Palace, Guddi Malkapur, Mehdipatnam, Hyderabad.
This national-level competition, organized by SRZ Enterprises, will award the top huffaz with significant prizes. The first prize, the Mahir-ul-Quran Award, will include a cash prize of ₹1 lakh, the second prize ₹50,000, and the third prize ₹25,000, along with Umrah tickets and accommodation packages for the winners. Additionally, all participants who have made it to the final round will receive incentive prizes.
Chairman and Managing Director of SRZ Enterprises, Qari Mohammad Abdul Rahman, announced these details at a press conference held at Media Plus Auditorium on September 20. He highlighted that a large number of huffaz from across the country competed, with 10 finalists reaching the last stage of this prestigious event.
The final competition will be presided over by Maulana Khalid Saifullah Rahmani, President of the All India Muslim Personal Law Board, while Member of Parliament Barrister Asaduddin Owaisi will grace the event as the chief guest. The judging panel will feature prominent scholars, including Hafiz Muhammad Sirajuddin Omari from Tamil Nadu, Hafiz and Qari Abdul Majeed Ziyai from Karnataka, and Hafiz and Qari Younus Ali Khan from Hyderabad.
The event will unfold in two distinct sessions, offering an exciting day filled with fierce competition and the honoring of Quranic scholarship.
