
New Delhi : In a decisive move towards election preparedness, Congress President Mallikarjun Kharge is set to convene a crucial meeting on Wednesday with party leaders from Andhra Pradesh. The primary agenda of the meeting will revolve around strategizing for the upcoming 2024 Lok Sabha elections, with a specific focus on countering the influence of the Yuvajana Sramika Rythu Congress Party (YSRCP) in the state.
The high-level gathering, scheduled to commence at 10 a.m. at the party headquarters, will witness the participation of key figures, including Congress leader Rahul Gandhi, Party General Secretary (Organisation) K.C. Venugopal, and the newly appointed state in-charge, Manickam Tagore. Additionally, the state unit chief and other senior leaders from Andhra Pradesh will contribute their insights to the discussions.
