Achanta /West Godavari : -In a fervent address at the Ra Kadali Ra meeting in Achanta, Nara Chandrababu Naidu, the National President of the Telugu Desam Party (TDP) and former Chief Minister, passionately called on the public to rally for the defeat of the Yuvajana Sramika Rythu Congress Party (YSRCP) in the upcoming elections and to restore the TDP to power.
Chandrababu took the opportunity to criticize the current YSRCP government, highlighting the perceived lack of progress in Andhra Pradesh under their rule. He questioned the satisfaction of the people under the present regime and confidently proclaimed that the YSRCP’s reign is nearing its end.
Accusing Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy of dismantling various systems in the state, Chandrababu emphasized the significant attention the aqua sector received during the TDP’s rule. However, he claimed that under Jagan’s leadership, the aqua sector has witnessed a collapse, with tripled expenses, including feed and current bills. Chandrababu also lamented the deteriorating road conditions in the district and the overall surge in charges during the YSRCP government’s tenure.
Promising to revive the aqua sector’s former glory and support farmers upon the TDP’s return to power, Chandrababu criticized the YSRCP government for not providing sufficient water for cultivation, leading to farmers declaring a crop holiday. Chandrababu assured that the TDP would take responsibility for empowering and assisting farmers in every conceivable way.
