Xpheno Unveils T ve Talent Report Revealing Telangana’s Positive Talent Inflow

Hyderabad : Xpheno, a renowned workforce research company, has unveiled the “T ve: Building & Sustaining a Talent Positive Telangana” report, shedding light on Telangana’s position as one of the seven Indian states experiencing a net-positive flow of talent. This means Telangana absorbs more talent than it loses to other regions.

The report’s insights provide a comprehensive overview of Telangana’s thriving talent pool, highlighting the state’s robust inbound and outbound talent corridor connecting with major talent states and their mega cities.

Remarkably, the report reveals that over 1.6 million job seekers from other states have expressed a preference for relocating to Telangana. Notably, a significant portion of this talent, totaling one million individuals, hails from other megacities.

Commenting on the report’s findings, Anil Ethanur, Co-founder of Xpheno, stated, “This data underscores Telangana’s growing appeal as a talent destination.”

The report was officially presented during the launch of a Recruitment Delivery Center (RDC) by Xpheno at T-Hub in Hyderabad. This RDC will offer specialized talent sourcing, leadership hiring, talent deployment, and talent management services.

Telangana’s Information Technology Principal Secretary, Jayesh Ranjan, presided over the release event, emphasizing the state’s commitment to fostering a talent-positive environment.
