Telangana Chief Minister K Chandrashekhar Rao (KCR) has announced that his government will unveil the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) to ensure higher salaries for Telangana government employees compared to their counterparts in the Central government, according to a report by Telangana Today.

CM KCR highlighted Telangana’s successful wealth creation and commitment to equitably distributing its benefits among various segments of the state.

He also indicated that additional initiatives and expanded welfare schemes were being considered for implementation in the future.

Speaking about the Bharat Rashtra Samithi (BRS), KCR expressed confidence in the party’s continued dominance in the state and predicted an increase of seven to eight seats in the party’s tally.

He reiterated the party’s independence and clarified that the BRS was not aligned as a “B team” to any other political party.

Previously, as the BRS expanded into Maharashtra, NCP leader Sharad Pawar had labeled it a B team of the BJP.

However, the BRS has consistently emphasized its commitment to Telangana’s development and upheld its secular credentials.

KCR also emphasized maintaining friendly relations with the AIMIM.

Telangana currently boasts a per capita income of Rs 3.12 lakh, significantly surpassing Andhra Pradesh’s Rs 2.19 lakh. Additionally, progress was being made on the irrigation aspect of the scheme, which will ultimately benefit farmers.
