Hyderabad, (Sarfaraz News Agency) In a significant development, Editors and Senior Journalists from various Urdu Daily newspapers convened today with Telangana’s Chief Electoral Officer, Mr. Vikas Raj IAS, at the esteemed BRK Bhavan in Hyderabad.

The gathering, which coincided with the auspicious occasions of Ugadi and Ramazan, saw the media stalwarts extend warm greetings to Mr. Vikas Raj.

During the deliberations, Mr. Vikas Raj underscored the indispensable role of the media in fostering civic engagement and safeguarding democratic principles. Expressing concern over plummeting voter turnout, he emphasized the urgent need for concerted efforts to reinvigorate public enthusiasm towards the electoral process.
