Adilabad : AICC General Secretary Priyanka Gandhi Vadra, during election rallies in Khanapur and Asifabad, alleged collusion between the ruling BRS in Telangana, Asaduddin Owaisi-led AIMIM, and the BJP. She claimed a tacit understanding between the BJP and BRS, stating that BRS had supported the NDA government at the Centre. Priyanka Gandhi emphasized that voting for BJP or AIMIM in Telangana meant indirectly supporting BRS.

She questioned Owaisi’s limited contest in nine out of 119 seats in Telangana and accused him of supporting BRS in the state while BJP and BRS collaborated at the Centre. Priyanka Gandhi criticized the alliance, saying BJP, BRS, and AIMIM were working together, using the term ‘natu, natu’ and drawing a parallel with a song from the film ‘RRR.’

Alleging corruption in the Kaleswaram irrigation project and Mission Bhagiratha drinking water project, Priyanka Gandhi accused Prime Minister Narendra Modi of avoiding investigations into scams in Telangana. She highlighted the disparity, stating that while agencies like ED and CBI target Congress leaders, major scams in Telangana remain unaddressed.

Finally, Priyanka Gandhi discussed the aspirations and dreams of Telangana people, focusing on development, education, employment, and health. She outlined the Congress party’s six election ‘guarantees’ for Telangana. The state was scheduled to go to polls on November 30, with counting set for December 3.
