Hyderabad : – In a spellbinding night of cultural harmony, international renowned artist Javed Hussain from Jaipur and the exceptionally talented Poorva Guru from Hyderabad took center stage, enchanting the audience with their soul-stirring performances at the “Nazrana” event held at the prestigious Ravindra Bharathi Auditorium on Wednesday night.

Esteemed guests, both from India and abroad, alongside a myriad of music enthusiasts, gathered to witness the captivating blend of Ghazal and Sufi Sangeet. Among the distinguished attendees were Iftekhar Shareef, recognized as the first overseas citizen of India, and Dr. Shujath Ali Sufi, former Deputy Director (News) at Doordarshan.

Iftekhar Shareef, in an expression of admiration for the artists, bestowed honors and felicitations upon Javed Hussain and Poorva Guru, acknowledging their exceptional contributions to the world of music.

The orchestration of this musical extravaganza was a collaborative effort spearheaded by the Hyderabad Arts and Cultural Association, in partnership with the Department of Language and Culture, Government of Telangana, and the Indian Council for Cultural Relation Banglore, operating under the Horizon Series. The event’s coordination was impeccably managed by the Program’s Convenor, Sarwat Ali Sufi.
