Acting on a tip-off, the police detained businessman B. Nagender, residing near the Vivekananda statue in LB Nagar, who was found in possession of a staggering Rs 35 lakh in cash. Additionally, two more individuals were found in possession of Rs 60,000 and Rs 62,900 during the vehicle inspection and had these amounts seized by the police.
