Hyderabad :- In a chilling incident, a 22-year-old man was murdered by a group of individuals in the Pattigadda area of Begumpet, Hyderabad, late Tuesday night.
The victim, identified as Mohd Osman, worked as a welder and lived in Pattigadda. According to the police, Osman was near his house when he was confronted by four men—Aejaz, Feroz, Sahil, and Rehan. The confrontation escalated into an argument over a woman.
The argument turned violent, and one of the attackers slit Osman’s throat, causing his instant death. The assailants fled the scene immediately after the attack.
Upon receiving the report, Begumpet police quickly arrived at the location. Senior officials, including DCP (North) Rashmi Perumal, ACPs Gopalkrishna (Begumpet), and Ramesh (Trimulgherry), inspected the scene.
Special teams have been formed to apprehend the suspects, and police patrolling has been increased in the area following the murder.
