Swift response from fire tenders, DRF teams, and Bharat gas teams led to the fire being successfully extinguished by 12:30 p.m.
According to local sources, the fire was believed to have been triggered by a ruptured gas pipeline during ongoing highway development work. It is further reported that the situation escalated when an individual lit a cigarette and carelessly discarded it, causing the fire to spread. Fortunately, no casualties have been reported in connection with this fire accident.
