China-Made Drones Seized at India’s International Border

Chandigarh : In a significant development near the International Border in Punjab’s Amritsar and Tarn Taran districts, security forces successfully recovered two China-made drones, thwarting yet another attempt by smugglers to transport narcotics.

A Border Security Force (BSF) official confirmed the recovery of these China-made drones in separate incidents. The first operation took place near Daoke village in Amritsar following specific intelligence, while the second drone was seized in Dholan village in Tarn Taran during a joint operation between the BSF and Punjab Police.

The recovered drones have been identified as Chinese quadcopters, shedding light on the persistent efforts of smugglers to exploit Chinese-made drone technology for illegal activities.
