Chilly Conditions Persist in Hyderabad: Lowest Recorded Temperature Dips to 11.6°C

Hyderabad remained under the grip of cold weather as temperatures continued to plummet on Friday. The city woke up to an average minimum temperature of 16.6 degrees Celsius, with several areas experiencing an even colder night on Thursday.

According to data released by the Telangana State Development Planning Society, Malkajgiri recorded the city’s lowest temperature at 11.6 degrees Celsius. Serilingampally closely followed at 12.1 degrees Celsius, with Rajendranagar not far behind at 12.6 degrees Celsius.

Other areas such as Ramachandrapuram and Patancheruvu reported temperatures of 12.8 degrees Celsius. Secunderabad, Chandanagar, and Quthbullahpur registered 14 degrees Celsius, 14 degrees Celsius, and 14.6 degrees Celsius, respectively.

Weather experts anticipate a slight relief from the cold in the upcoming days. However, they also warn of another temperature drop expected by mid-November, keeping Hyderabad residents on alert for the chilly days ahead.
