In a swift and resounding response, the Arab world has come together to denounce the Israeli airstrikes that struck the Jabalia refugee camp in northern Gaza on Tuesday, resulting in a devastating toll of casualties.

Saudi Arabia, in a statement issued by its Foreign Ministry, expressed its condemnation of the “inhumane targeting by the Israeli occupation forces of the Jabalia camp.” It emphasized the urgency of preventing bloodshed, safeguarding civilian lives, and halting military operations without delay, warning of an impending humanitarian catastrophe if these priorities are not upheld.

The United Arab Emirates (UAE), through its Foreign Ministry, decried the severity of the Israeli bombing in Jabalia camp and stressed the need for an immediate ceasefire to avert further loss of life.

Qatar joined the chorus of condemnation, denouncing the Israeli occupation’s actions as “a new massacre against the defenseless Palestinian people.” It called on the international community to swiftly intervene in order to halt the violence and destruction.

Egypt’s Foreign Ministry strongly condemned the Israeli airstrikes, characterizing them as an inhumane targeting of a residential area. The ministry deemed the attack a blatant violation of international law and called on countries and international bodies to condemn it.

Jordan condemned the Israeli aggression in the strongest terms and held Israel accountable for this perilous development. It urged the international community to take responsibility for preventing further crimes against civilians in Gaza.

Yemen’s Foreign Ministry added its voice to the condemnation, labeling the Israeli actions as violations against the Palestinian people and called for immediate international intervention to halt these transgressions.

The Organization of Islamic Cooperation also strongly condemned the Israeli actions, denouncing the ongoing Israeli massacres and war crimes, particularly the Jabalia camp massacre. It urged the international community to intervene urgently to put an end to this aggression.

Ahmed Aboul Gheit, the Secretary-General of the Arab League, echoed these sentiments, condemning Israel’s bombing of the Jabalia camp and reiterating the call for an immediate cessation of military operations in Gaza. The unified stance of Arab nations underscores the urgent need for international action to address the escalating crisis.
