In a devastating incident, a cancer patient lost his life in Rajasthan due to a halt in oxygen supply caused by power cuts. Rajasthan Medical and Health Minister Gajendra Singh Khinvsar took action by issuing Awaited Posting Orders (APO) against three health officials in connection with the tragic event.

Senior medical officer Dr. Kuldeep and two nurses, Omaram and Manisha, were served APO orders by the minister. The victim, a 24-year-old cancer patient, passed away on Friday morning at Mathuradas Mathur Hospital in Jodhpur when the oxygen supply was interrupted due to power outages.

Expressing concern over the incident, the minister confirmed the initiation of a thorough investigation into the matter. The deceased patient’s relatives revealed that the oxygen supply was abruptly cut off during power disruptions, leading to the tragic outcome. The young man was the sole son in the family, intensifying the grief for the bereaved.
