
In a recent development, the working president of the BRS (Bharatiya Rashtriya Samithi), KT Rama Rao, had his convoy intercepted and scrutinized by police at Toopran in Medak district. The incident occurred on Wednesday, as KTR was en route to Kamareddy to participate in a BRS party meeting.
The police carried out the inspection, and KT Rama Rao cooperated fully with the personnel during the process. Following a thorough examination, the police did not discover anything objectionable, granting clearance for the convoy to resume its journey.
It’s worth noting that Telangana is currently under the Model Code of Conduct, as the state prepares for Assembly polls scheduled for November 3.
