The Hyderabad Metropolitan Water Supply & Sewerage Board (HMWSSB) has announced a temporary water supply disruption affecting specific areas of the city. The interruption, expected to last for 24 hours, will commence at 6 am on November 1. This inconvenience arises due to the essential repair works being undertaken on the Manjeera supply phase-2 pumping main, stretching from Patancheru to Hydernagar.
Residents in the following areas are advised to prepare for low-pressure water supply or temporary water scarcity during this period: Erragadda, SR Nagar, Ameerpet (low-pressure water supply), KPHB Colony, Kukatpally, Bhagyanagar Colony, Vasanthnagar, RC Puram, Ashoknagar, Jyothinagar, Lingampally, Chandanagar, Gangaram, Deeptisrinagar, Madinaguda, Miyapur, Beeramguda, Ameenpur, and Bollaram.
HMWSSB assures residents that the repair efforts are essential to ensure the long-term reliability of water supply services and requests the affected areas for their understanding and cooperation during this period of inconvenience.
