Hyderabad’s Commissioner of Police, Sandeep Shandilya, organized a coordination meeting with the Central Armed Police Force (CAPF) to strategize the security arrangements for the upcoming Telangana State Legislative Assembly elections.
During the meeting, Commissioner Shandilya apprised the CAPF officials of the significance of Critical Polling Stations, outlined the responsibilities of the Flying Squads, and emphasized the swift deployment of CAPF units at vital locations. Assistant Commissioners of Police (ACPs) were directed to ensure appropriate accommodations for CAPF personnel and to collaborate seamlessly with them.
Commissioner Shandilya underlined the importance of conducting duties at checkpoints with utmost care, ensuring minimal disruption to the public.
Vikram Singh Mann, Additional Commissioner of Police (Law and Order), was also in attendance at this meeting.
