In a heart-wrenching turn of events, a grieving family from Hyderabad is fervently appealing to the Indian government for assistance in bringing back the remains of their beloved daughter, a promising student who had been pursuing her master’s degree in the United Kingdom.

The 24-year-old, Divya Samaleti, hailing from Hyderabad, was a diligent student enrolled in a Cyber Security program at the prestigious University of Hertfordshire in the UK.

Tragically, Divya’s life was cut short on a fateful Thursday when she succumbed to the effects of multiple blood clots in her brain at the Addenbrooke’s Hospital in Cambridge.

With no immediate family residing in the UK, Divya’s close friends have taken it upon themselves to initiate efforts to repatriate her body to India. They are also endeavoring to alleviate the financial burden of her outstanding study loans.

The heartfelt plea from Divya Samaleti’s family and friends underscores the emotional and financial challenges faced by Indian students pursuing higher education abroad and emphasizes the need for support in such difficult times.
