Venezuelan President Nicolás Maduro has delivered a passionate statement addressing the dire situation in Gaza, condemning the ongoing humanitarian crisis and calling for global solidarity.

President Maduro began by highlighting the severe hardships faced by the people of Gaza, stating, “No electricity, no water, no fuel. Total blockade, invasion of Gaza. There, in a small space, live millions of human beings who, for decades, have been bombed, tortured, attacked, persecuted, and martyred. That is the sacred people of Gaza!”

He went on to urge the international community to respond to the crisis and stand against the atrocities being committed, saying, “The world has to react and say no to the genocide against the people of Gaza, no to the genocide against the Palestinian people. The Christian world, the Muslim world, the Jewish world, the world of the South has to react. We have to wake up.”

President Maduro’s statement underscores the urgency of the situation in Gaza and the need for collective action to address the suffering and loss of life endured by its people. The international community is closely watching as efforts continue to bring an end to the conflict and alleviate the humanitarian crisis in the region.
